Northlands
A recreation destination
Northlands neighbourhood was proposed in the Seymour Official Community Plan, along with Parkgate, to contain a range of housing options. Northlands sits at the base of Mount Seymour and borders the remaining lands of the Blair Rifle Range. As part of the plan, a new golf course, Northlands Golf Course, offering more recreation options. A public course, Northlands is accessible to all and opened in 1997.
